OUR FOUNDER
I am Dinita Brazell, founder of Payton Family Love Home Healthcare, an agency that values the sense of belonging for both our staff and clients. Our goal is to provide compassionate care and ensure that nobody has to endure inadequate home healthcare. I hold an Associates degree in Human Services from Tidewater Community College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide compassionate care. However, it is my personal experiences that have truly shaped my vision for this agency. Myself and several immediate family members have been affected by sickle cell disease and have encountered inadequate home healthcare services in the past. These experiences ignited a deep desire within me to ensure that no one else has to endure such difficulties. Thus, Payton Family Love Home Healthcare was born. At Payton Family Love Home Healthcare, we guarantee an experience of family love for every client and employee we serve. By cultivating a warm and supportive environment, we aim to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Effective communication, empathy, and continuous improvement are paramount to us. Our personal care is designed to assist our patients with their daily activities such as grooming, bathing and getting dressed etc. We provide extraordinary and compassionate care that promotes their independence while enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
RESPITE CARE
Caring for a loved one can be both overwhelming and challenging at times. At PFL we understand that sometimes a break is needed. Our respite care services provide relief temporarily to the family or primary caregiver to allow them the time needed to recharge while assuring that their loved one is in good hands.
